All orders are dispatched from Sweden and shipped securely with trusted international couriers. Every shipment is fully insured during transit, ensuring your jewellery is protected until it has been safely delivered.
Where do you ship from?
All Vaalberg orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from Sweden.
We ship using UPS or another trusted courier partner selected by Vaalberg to ensure a safe and reliable delivery experience.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the product and craftsmanship required.
Loose Lab-Grown Diamonds
Estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days
Each diamond is carefully inspected before shipment and delivered securely with full insurance and tracking.
Made-to-Order Jewellery
Estimated production and delivery time: approximately 5–6 weeks

Tracking & Secure Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your delivery journey.
For valuable jewellery orders, delivery may require a signature upon receipt to ensure your purchase is handed over safely.
Duties & Taxes
For deliveries within the European Union, all applicable VAT is included in the purchase price.
Customers ordering from outside the European Union may be responsible for any local customs duties, taxes or import fees applicable in their country of residence.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside of Vaalberg’s control, including courier delays, customs processing or unforeseen events.
If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
Receiving Your Delivery
We recommend inspecting your package immediately upon arrival.
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please notify the courier where possible and contact our customer care team without undue delay. This allows us to assist you as quickly as possible.
Uncollected or Incorrect Deliveries
If a shipment is returned to Vaalberg due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer or because the package was not collected within the courier’s holding period, Vaalberg AB reserves the right to charge any actual costs incurred for return shipping and handling.
